Purchase and Payment
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.
- Your email will include instructions on how to upload and send a picture of your tongue if applicable for your complete diagnostics. You will also be provided with a complete intake form if you have not already filled one out.
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before we will process any orders.
- Service Delivery: Our healthcare diagnostic services will be delivered via online consultation. You will receive instructions on how to schedule and access your session after your purchase is confirmed.
- Timeliness: We strive to provide timely and accurate services. However, please note that the delivery time of services may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. If we can not get your healthcare diagnostics delivered in a reasonable time, we will provide a full refund upon request prior to diagnostic delivery.
- Service Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our healthcare diagnostic service, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial consultation. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via email at info#tonguetalesdiagnostics.com explaining your reasons for the refund request.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your refund request, we will review and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Herbal products purchased separately.
- Follow-up consultations or additional services not included in the initial diagnostic package.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment if a follow appointment is indicated, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Missed Appointments: If you miss an online appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
